At Montana Basecamp, we stand behind the quality of our apparel, gear, and goods. If something you purchased doesn’t meet your expectations, we’ll do our best to make it right. This policy applies to all retail purchases made online or in-store. RV park reservations, campsite bookings, and other services are covered under separate policies.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for most new, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise purchased directly from Montana Basecamp. To be eligible for a return, items must:
• Be in original condition and packaging
• Include all original tags
• Include a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

Returns received after 30 days or not in their original condition may be denied or issued as store credit at our discretion.

REFUNDS

Approved returns will be refunded to the original form of payment once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days after processing for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or color, the quickest way is to place a new order for the desired item and return the original following this policy. This ensures your new item ships out as soon as possible.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at andy@montanabasecamp.com or call (406) 314-7651. We’ll arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

FINAL SALE ITEMS

Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes clearance items, personalized goods, and seasonal or promotional products.

HOW TO START A RETURN

To start a return, send an email to andy@montanabasecamp.com with your order number, the item you’d like to return, and a brief reason for the return. Our team will respond with instructions and a return address. Please package your item securely to ensure it arrives safely.
