Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders within the United States*. Orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation, and most packages arrive within 7–10 business days.

Expedited Shipping

If you’d like your order sooner, you can select expedited shipping at checkout. Rates and delivery times are calculated automatically based on carrier rates and location.

Order Processing

• Orders are shipped Monday – Friday, excluding holidays.

• Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

• We are not responsible for delays due to carrier issues, weather, or incorrect addresses.

Shipping Destinations

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. We do not currently offer international shipping.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at andy@montanabasecamp.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery). We’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue quickly.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your shipping details carefully. Once an order has been fulfilled or shipped, it cannot be modified or canceled.
